the making of ~ lady a

Going to Ibiza to shoot is a longtime dream of ours… we have been told by many Spanish friends of ours that this place is like a version of Byron Bay, and that it is SO Spell. We always believed it, but traipsing through the old town and by the coast on a photo shoot really showed us how much the ladies that live there embody our vibe!

We wanted to really insert our campaign right into our muse Vanessa Breuer’s world, and we don’t think we could have immersed it any further than being at her home! It was a long shoot day, but never was there a worry or complaint from her or the team. We enjoyed a long lunch in her backyard of the most delicious food (this is the best part about shooting in Europe.. that hot middle of the day sun is impossible to shoot in so you have to enjoy a wine and a long lunch in between, but you shoot till like 9.30 at night!). We ended the night by the seaside and with a huge paella.. because, when in España!
