Shipping within Australia

All orders placed on our this website are sent from our Australian-based warehouse.

Free Standard Shipping is available on all Australian orders over $150.

Standard Shipping:

For Standard Shipping, your order will be automatically assigned to the carrier best suited to your delivery location. Our preferred carriers are:

AusPost · TGE · Parcel Right

The carrier selected will depend on your postcode and delivery location, helping us provide the most reliable service based on where your order is being delivered.

Below is a guideline of delivery times after dispatch. All shipping estimates are based on metro destinations, for orders sent to regional and rural locations, please allow for additional time for shipping.

Express Shipping:

For time-sensitive orders, Express Shipping is available via our preferred express carriers:

$12.95 - Express Shipping fee.

Please note: Carrier selection is determined automatically based on your delivery location. We’re unable to guarantee a specific carrier for your order.

If you're shipping to a PO Box or Parcel Locker, Australia Post will be used where available.

All orders placed before 1pm Sydney time are dispatched the next business day, this includes orders sent with our Express Courier service. We do not offer same day delivery.

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder, or email us.

Deliveries are sent during standard business hours Monday to Friday, purchases made on weekends and public holiday will be processed the next business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

To acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land your item is being delivered on, you can include the traditional place name in the address field at checkout. We've named this field for you to ensure your parcel is addressed correctly.

We offer two services for international deliveries, outlined below. The timeframes outlined are estimates only, and will vary depending on the destination. Please note, Australia Post's service will be handed over to your local postal service once it arrives in your country.

All international orders require orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Spell is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
