THE ROLE

Join our Spell flagship boutique in Byron Bay as an Assistant Store Manager. Partnering with the Store Manager, you’ll ensure seamless operations, foster exceptional customer experiences, and lead a passionate retail team in a fast-paced environment.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage store operations and the team in the absence of the Store Manager
• Drive visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand exposure
• Deliver top-tier customer service and styling guidance
• Supervise team performance to meet KPIs
• Coordinate stock, promotions, and store upkeep

  

ABOUT YOU

• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Passion for fashion and creating exceptional customer experiences
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Enthusiasm to grow within the retail industry
