THE ROLE
Join our Spell flagship boutique in Byron Bay as an Assistant Store Manager. Partnering with the Store Manager, you’ll ensure seamless operations, foster exceptional customer experiences, and lead a passionate retail team in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage store operations and the team in the absence of the Store Manager
- Drive visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand exposure
- Deliver top-tier customer service and styling guidance
- Supervise team performance to meet KPIs
- Coordinate stock, promotions, and store upkeep
ABOUT YOU
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Passion for fashion and creating exceptional customer experiences
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Enthusiasm to grow within the retail industry
